The General Store is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort within walking distance to the beach, tennis & pickleball center and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.
It has been a “Hilton Head Institution” since 1979 with multiple awards including Best General Store and Best Fried Chicken in Hilton Head. Freshly brewed coffee and hot tea is always on hand. Breakfast and lunch is served daily, Monday through Friday, starting at 7 a.m. You'll find a wide variety of groceries, beer and wine, gift items, t-shirts and everything you need for the beach. Our large selection of ice cream and candy will satisfy any sweet tooth.
